Personalized Arthroplasty Society (P.A.S) is focused on the promotion of the revolutionary technique of ‘personalized’ kinematic alignment (KA), in total knee and hip replacement surgery. Kinematic alignment is the alternative technique used in arthroplasty. It focuses on maintaining the individual’s anatomy rather than trying to reconstruct it away from its natural one. In this way KA provides a ‘personalized’ approach to each patient’s natural joint structure in reconstructive arthroplasty.
