The reverse hyperextension is a great exercise for the lower back, it can help with decompression and with strengthening. The problem is it's a hard machine to come by in most gym, so we go through alternatives you can do using equipment you'll more commonly find in a gym. Some are better alternatives than others, so we rank them giving a score out of 20 to see which is the best option.
These are hard exercises to do, so if you aren't used to training the lower back take it easy and build up to these.
