The Appalachian Bigfoot Files is a documentary series by Aleksandar Petakov. This episode focuses on Bigfoot stories and legends less than an hour outside New York City in Northern New Jersey along the Appalachian Trail. Investigators Mike Luci and Chuck Larson share reports dating back decades including those of the creature known as "Big Red Eye" in Sussex County, the 1970's Wolfpit Road rabbit killing Bigfoot incident that made big news, which included a startling autopsy of the rabbits. Mike and Chuck guide us to a variety of locations across Northern New Jersey where encounters have taken place along the Appalachian Trail, the Delaware Water Gap, High Point State Park and even West Milford's infamous Clinton Road AKA the "Most haunted road in America".
