This video where we call Kalari Yoga Warm Up is 30 SURYA NAMASKAR Workout for beginners and is the warm up that we were doing everyday during our one month Kalaripayattu training in Kerala, India. If you are practicing yoga, you definitely know this routine under the name Surya Namaskar - Sun Salutation. Get ready for an intensive experience! We repeat this routine 30 times. Keep the tempo of the video and do not stop! BE CONSCIOUS ABOUT YOUR BREATHING!

It contains 9 asanas (poses or exercises):
1. Tadasana | Bring Hands Up - BREATH IN
2. Uttanasana | Forward Bend - BREATH OUT
3. Virabhadrasana I | Lunge - BREATH IN
4. Chaturanga Dandasana | Low Plank - BREATH OUT
5. Urdhva Mukha Svanasana | Upward Facing Dog - BREATH IN
6. Adho Mukha Svanasana | Downward Facing Dog - BREATH OUT
7. Virabhadrasana I | Lunge - BREATH IN
8. Uttanasana | Forward Bend - BREATH OUT
9. Tadasana | Bring Hands Up - BREATH IN
Hands in front of the chest - BREATH OUT
