Carob Cookies for Dogs, Dog Treats Recipe | 강아지 쿠키 만들기, 캐롭쿠키

It's been a while since I said hello to you. Do you remember the last time I showed you Hotteok? Now, Hotteok has grown up so much. :) Today, I made carob cookies, so-called "chocolate cookies for dogs." Carob's tannin is said to be particularly effective for dogs with diarrhea and is rich in calcium, which is good for bone and joint health. I hope you enjoy my video! Thank you.

Ingredients :
1 egg
2 tablespoon olive oil (30g)
90g pastry flour
30g carob powder

How to make :
Put an egg and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Sift down 90g of pastry flour and 30g of carob powder, then mix well and knead.
Cover the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough with a cookie cutter of the desired shape.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cool it down enough in the cooling net and feed your dog.

오랜만에 호떡이와 함께 인사드려요. 아가때 호떡이의 모습이 기억이 나실텐데, 지금 호떡이는 어엿한 개린이로 멋지게 성장했답니다. 오늘은 강아지가 먹을 수 있는 일명 "강아지 초콜렛 쿠키"인 캐롭쿠키를 만들어 보았어요. 캐롭의 타닌 성분은 설사하는 강아지에게 특히 효과적이고, 칼슘도 풍부해서 뼈와 관절 건강에 좋은 식품이라고 해요.

기본 재료 :
계란 1개
올리브유 2큰술 (30g)
박력분 90g
캐롭파우더 30g

만드는 방법 :
믹싱볼에 계란 1개와 올리브유 2큰술을 넣고 잘 섞어준다.
박력분 90g과 캐롭파우더 30g을 체에 내린 후, 잘 섞어가며 반죽한다
완성된 반죽을 비닐에 싸서 냉장실에서 30분간 휴지시킨다
원하는 모양의 쿠키커터로 모양을 내어 180도로 10분간 예열한 오븐에서 15분간 구워낸다
식힘망에서 충분히 식힌 후 반려견에게 급여한다
