Backyard Bird Photography without a Blind with the Nikon Z9 | Birding in February

Join me today in my backyard where I was able to photograph a dozen species that visited my feeder setup. It was a beautiful snowy day and I knew I had to take advantage of it to photograph the birds in the snow. This time I wanted to show what was possible without a photography blind for anyone who may just be starting out or may not have access to a blind.

Photographing birds in the backyard can be a really beneficial experience because it allows you to practice your technique and skills on subjects that are able to get comfortable with your presence.
