Mango Park resident Julio Restrepo Jr. has been called into traffic court for failure to pay several citations, which has caused his driver's license to be suspended. However, when Judge Porter begins the virtual court session he can clearly see Mr. Restrepo is in his car driving while on the call and with a suspended license. Unfortunately, matters only got worse for Mr. Restrepo when Mango Park Police Sgt. Garrett pulls him over for another traffic infraction.
