Happy Christmas Eve everyone! I know I said I wouldn't be doing another video until after Christmas, so this was extremely spontaneous, but something that I felt now more than ever was very relevant... MENTAL HEALTH! 🌱

Nowadays people are beginning to speak a lot more openly about what it's like not to be in good mental health, and I think this conversation needs to be continued and expanded as much as possible - as it's JUST as important (if not more) as our physical health.

In this video I chat about how I use connecting with nature at home using houseplants in order to help myself to stay well mentally and hone in on my emotions and what my body and mind need - even when things are very up in the air or I'm not in a great place. I know this video could have been much more concise and specific, but as I say, I'll definitely be talking more about this in future vids! 🙏💚
