LOW BUDGET GROCERY HAUL | EXTREME SHELF COOKING CHALLENGE

Hey guys! Welcome back to another extreme shelf cooking challenge! In today's video I am going to be sharing with you a low budget grocery haul AND the steps on how to shop your fridge/freezer and pantry to be able to save money on your grocery bill! All details are down below! ENJOY!

ALFREDO CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI PASTA
1 lb chicken thighs
2 frozen broccoli packages
1 jar Alfredo sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 llb cooked egg noodles.
-cook the egg noodles by boiling in a pot of water. cook the chicken on the skillet in a little bit of oil. shred the chicken when it is all the way cooked and pour the broccoli into skilet. place the lid on top of the skillet to allow the broccoli to cook through. add in Alfredo sauce, cooked noodles and shredded chicken. mix together well and add in salt and pepper to taste.

LAZY LASAGNA
1 package of ready to bake lasagna noodles
2 - 24 oz tomato sauce
1 egg
2 cups mozzarella cheese
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
-ground the beef and garlic in the skillet and add in both jars of sauce when they are done. add on layer of noodles to the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. in a separate bowl, mix together the egg and ricotta in a bowl. add a few spoonfuls of the ricotta onto the noodles and spread out evenly. pour 2-3 cups of the meat/sauce mixture on top of the ricotta layer and spread out evenly. continue these layers until all of the ingredients are gone. top with shredded mozzarella and bake in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes.

MEATLOAF
1 lb uncooked ground beef
1-2 cups of bread crumbs
1 eggs
1 lipton onion soup mix
-mix together the ingredients well and form into a loaf shape. place into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

INSTANT POT DEVILED EGGS
-pour 1 cup of water on the bottom of the instant pot. place the trivet on the bottom of the pot and add one layer of eggs on top. secure the lid and cook the eggs on manual high for 6 minutes. make sure the lid is sealed. let naturally release on its own and peel.
