This one-hour webinar that will equip architects with practical tools to meet their professional duties to their clients.
Using the ARBV’s 2025 report on “Strengthening Compliance Culture in the Architecture Sector” as a starting point, we’ll cut through the detail of architects’ various compliance obligations by focusing on architects’ overarching duties to their clients.
Dr Dariel De Sousa (Dart Legal & Consulting) will begin the discussion by outlining the overarching duties identified in the ARBV’s Compliance Culture Report. Emily Gilfillan (Group GSA) and Rebecca Naughtin (Rebecca Naughtin Architect) will then work through real-world scenarios to demonstrate how these duties can be met ,and how they may be breached, by sole practices, small studios, and large firms alike.
