Boredcutieboy and I really missed the taste of yupdduk and made some spicy korean rice cakes using a tiny pan. Try to get some fresh rice cakes from a local shop instead of the frozen ones! It will make a huge difference.
Ingredients:
1 pack of rice cakes
fish cakes (optional)
2 eggs
1 bundle of green onions
1/4 of an onion
1/4 of a cabbage
sauce:
2 tbsp of chili powder
2 tbsp of sugar (or substitute)
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of gochujang
