Home-Style Chicken & Potato Tray-bake Recipe

Ingredients
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml). chicken breast (250 grams).
1 green pepper.
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning(You can use any spices)
1 tomato.
1 teaspoon of salt (6 grams).
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
2 tablespoons of ketchup.


For dough
1 potato.
1 glass of milk (200 ml).
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons of olive oil (10 ml).
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (80 grams). black pepper.
1 teaspoon of salt (6 grams).
1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 grams).

For the above parsley.
cheddar cheese (100 grams).

Tray size: 35x22 cm.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes, leaving only the bottom part open. Then open the upper part of the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
