Elotes & Esquites! How to make & enjoy a nice grilled corn snack 🌽

I truly love elotes and esquites, so I've decided to share my recipe! It's said elote was established on the streets of Mexico City where street vendors sell the corn dishes to passerbys. Most of the time the street vendors will boil or steam the corn, as always I prefer mine grilled 😉.
