WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Portion of bee hoon soaked in hot water and drained
Eggs fried as sunny side up
5 shallots sliced thinly
½ inch ginger sliced thinly
1 tbsp minced garlic
Portion of white cabbage sliced
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
Dashes of white pepper to taste
