Is This the Only Lens You Need? (Pentax SMC DA 18–250mm F3.5–6.3)

This video is a real-world test of the Pentax DA 18–250mm — done the way many of us actually use our gear:
by going out for a walk and shooting.

I’ve been using Pentax cameras for a long time, and instead of lab charts or pixel-peeping, I prefer to test lenses the Pentax way — outdoors, in changing light, reacting to what’s in front of me.

In this video, I take the DA 18–250mm on a couple of short photowalks and see how it really performs:
-Wide end for environment and context
-Mid-range for everyday scenes
-Tele end for details and distant subjects

The goal isn’t to prove this is a “perfect” lens.
It’s to see whether it’s practical, reliable, and good enough for real Pentax shooting.
