[Mecharashi] Clearance Ops 11 - Storm of the Seas - 2T F2P Low Investment Clear

I'm quite sure this is the lowest investment pure F2P 2T clear for CO11.

This isn't a step-by-step guide, there's a lot of RNG at play here especially with accessory triggers, so don't expect to trace this and get the same results. But considering the significantly lower investment required here and the lower R&D progress due to F2P timegate, I'd say it's a decent run.

But that's a whale run, so I had to adapt it to match what I have. In particular, if you have A1 Shawnee with 5SC then this run could've been much easier.

Some improvements ideas:
-Remove weapon from Lorna, reducing the likelihood that the guardian's shield will break from her retaliation. This is to ensure Shawnee's normal sniper attack can break a part so she can get the Re-ATK.
-Replace Eileen's Graphite Warhead with Fill the Gap. On turn 2, use the 2nd shot on Ridgewald to set fire there. End Lorna's turn in front of the gate to get as many targets as possible within her AoE range to prevent her from moving. This is as a safeguard in case you don't do enough damage to kill her, you can pray the fire will be enough.
