Hour 3 of the episode from October 9th, 1991 is the Nightside hour of the show, where it's simply Tom and those listeners who call in. I do have to point out one error of Tom's at 28:00 - he claims that broadcast networks no longer have standards and practices departments. That wasn't true then, or now. Maybe he had a bad run-in with them at NBC? In case the audio is familiar, YouTube user @kylem7341 took it without credit and put it to video. He "found" it here.
