IIM Indore Selection Criteria: The most weird MBA selection process?

IIM Indore Selection Process for MBA program is often discussed since the weightage on CAT score is considered to be far too less than past academics. Even with 99 percentile in CAT, it becomes difficult to get into IIM Indore MBA program if you do not have good past academics.
