The Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted to investigate the so-called 'love jihad' cases in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh submitted its report to the Inspector General of Police (IG) of Kanpur. The investigation has not revealed any conspiracy or funding or planned forced conversion. The victim girls narrated their tragedy on India Today's camera.
