This was the small car offered by Rolls-Royce in 1927. Actually it was supplied as a complete chassis without body. So some of the coach builders included Park Ward, Mulliner, Hooper, the typical bodybuilders of the day. This one ended up being built as a "Shooting Break" as you see it. You'll need to look that up obviously, because there are different descriptions of what a Shooting Brake" can be. I'll leave you to come up with your definition and share it with us. Yes, I spelled it two ways on purpose!
This restoration is not claimed to be correct at all. It is only a resurrection to be used and enjoyed locally by the family that owns it and determined that this says the stage of restoration that they were happy with. It is with joy and envy that it was saved and brought back to this stage to be used and enjoyed rather than stuffed in a corner of a barn and never brought back to the road or active duty again. I thank them so much for their effort and bringing it back to this operational status!
