METAL SONIC REMIX - Sonic CD Stardust Speedway Zone Bad Future (US)

This one's a long time coming, I've been wanting to do more sonic CD and I realized there's not much love for the US soundtrack. Now you know I LOVE the JP ost but we gotta give the US one its due respect. So I went with my usual Drum and Bass but with a bit of a different approach. The drums sounding more old-school. Almost 707-like but I don't think it comes from a drum machine, the near atmospheric pads with tons of reverb and Mel's incredible tone on his guitar which really ties the 90's feel I've been going for all together. His tone kinda reminds me of that lead from the ChalkZone theme song if anyone remembers that lol. Anyway he went crazy on this track so be sure to click his name at the top of the description. I'd love to work with him again when we get the chance.
