Diagnosis:
---Pre-Surgery
-----Invasive Ductal Carcinoma 6mm
-----Stage 1 Grade 2
-----Ki67 score of 60%
-----Oncotype score of 17

---Post Surgery
-----Invasive Ductal Carcinoma 7mm
-----Stage 2a Grade 2
-----One node was involved with extra nodal extension (ENE)
-----DCIS & LCIS were discovered in different locations for a total of 3 cancers

Here is the Chemotherapy treatment I received from February - June 2025:
20 weeks of ACT Chemo:

Phase I = 8 weeks of AC for a total of 4 rounds of chemo given every other week
Adriamycin (aka Doxorubicin aka "The Red Devil")
Cyclophosphamide (aka Cytoxan)

Phase II = 12 weeks of T for a total of 12 weekly infusions
Paclitaxel (aka Taxol)

Radiation Plan:
25 rounds of radiation

Hormone Therapy Plan:
