Climbing Aiguille du Midi in Winter

Below the Aiguille du Midi, this discreet line on the north face is Mallory-Porter.
Opened in 1919 by George Mallory, one of the first men to reach the summit of Everest, and guide Alfred Porter, it is one of the historic routes in the massif.
Here, there are no detours: just a face of snow, ice, and rock. Direct, exposed, suspended above the void.
What matters is not the sheer difficulty, but the commitment, the cold, and the need to stay lucid while exerting yourself physically and mentally.

In this video, I climb this route with my camera to show you directly my point of view.

For me, this first mountaineering video is extremely important.
I am finally embarking on filmmaking at altitude.
This year, 2026, will be a pivotal step towards my goals.
Among other things, I will be going to Kyrgyzstan to explore lands, climb 7000m peak without supplemental O2, and make a great film.
I hope to inspire you to think, climb, and travel throughout this year.
