As of March 7, 2025, USCIS released an internal memo: NO Advance Parole for anyone who entered the U.S. without inspection.
Why this change?
⚖️ USCIS likely wants to make it harder for immigrants to adjust their status—a legal entry is required to apply for a green card.
🔴 The Trump administration's goal? Not to slow illegal immigration, but to slow ALL immigration.
