16 weeks out and back with another vlog for you guys! This one’s a mix of gym updates, mindset talks, movie reviews, and some real behind-the-scenes of the supplement and sponsorship side of bodybuilding.
I walk you through how I’m adjusting my training split this far out, show you what supplements I’ve been using while in Canada, and share some thoughts on knowing your worth when it comes to sponsors. I’m also revisiting one of my favorite books (Chop Wood, Carry Water), hit a big incline press PR, and take you through a leg day with some banded hack squats to help my knees.
Plus… I show you the first prototypes of my Iron Rebel elbow sleeves, give you a review of Ballerina (from the John Wick universe), update you on my cyst and cortisone shot, and finish the day with a cheat meal—pizza, burger, and poutine included.
