On the 17th of July 2023, the Lusaka City Council in conjunction with the Zambia Police, & RTSA undertook a clean-up project in the CBD to rid the area of all vending that had been prevalent, and causing dis-order and waste dumping on the streets. In this video, I drive around a brief section of the CBD (Lumumba Rd - Benbela Rd. - Cairo Rd.) and give you a view of town after the operation.
