-Black pepper 1/2Tbsp (کالی مرچ 1/2کھانے کا چمچ)
-Bay leves 1 no's (تیز پات1 عدد)
-Cinnamon stick 1 (دارچینی 1عدد)
-Salt 1 Tbsp (نمک 1 کھانے کے چمچ)
-Onion 1 No's ( پیاز 1 عدد)
Green cardamom 5 pod ( سبز الائچی 5 عدد)
-Black Cardamom 2pod (کالی الائچی 2 عدد)
-Cloves 5 no's (لونگ 5 عدد)

-Rice basmati 1 kg (چاول 1 کلو)
-Beef 1.5kg (بیف بونگ کا گوشت 1.5 کلو)
-Beef stock 1.5Liter (بیف یخنی 1.5 لیٹر)
-Ghee150gm (گھی 150 گرام)
-Ginger garlic Paste 2Tbsp (لہسن ادرک کا پیسٹ2کھانے کے چمچ)
-Onion medium size 2 (پیاز میڈیم سائز 2 عدد )
