▶️ Here are 3 SPEED BUILDING exercises for you to try on your practice pad! These three exercises will help you build speed and endurance in your HANDS on the drums. I mention this continuously throughout the video, but make sure you don't sacrifice TECHNIQUE for SPEED when doing these, or any, exercises. You will get much more benefit in the long term if you practice with proper technique now, rather than trying to push too fast for short term speed gains.

▶️ As always, when you are learning something new, remember to keep the TEMPO down until you are comfortable at the speed you are at. COUNT ALOUD before and during playing and keep notation in front of you to make sure what you're playing is correct. I hope you got something out of this drum lesson!
