INGREDIENTS;
• Agar Agar (China grass)- 10 grams
• Coconut Milk- 1 liter
• Water- 1 & ½ cups
• Sugar- ¾ cup
• Cardamom powder- ½ teaspoon
• Saffron- few threads
• Desiccated coconut- ¼ cup
• Chopped pistachios- for decoration

DIRECTIONS;
• Wash Agar Agar (China grass) with water.
• Cook Agar Agar (China grass) in water on low flame until it is completely dissolved, then turn off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature.
• Add milk, saffron threads and cardamom. Turn on the flame and let it cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes with continuous stirring.
• Add sugar and cook for more 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
• Turn off the flame and strain the prepared pudding in a dish. Add desiccated coconut and give it a slight mix. Add some saffron threads and chopped pistachios on top.
• Let it cool down at room temperature then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
• When pudding is set, take out of the refrigerator and cut into square pieces.
