Guided Astral Projection: The Floating Balloon Technique

This astral projection meditation guide will help you with the powerful "floating balloon" technique.

The exit technique used is called "Floating Balloon". We will release a large series of different exit techniques in the coming months. We know that not all techniques will benefit everyone so we want to create a large series with a number of fun techniques that you can practice with.

We recommend everyone that start this journey to learn how to meditate. Learning to control your body both mentally and physically will have an immense impact on your sessions.

Most important tip we give to beginners is to embrace the fear, dont push it away. There is one thing all human beings have in common; we fear the unknown. Once you start to feel comfortable with your sessions and get rid of the fear everything will get much easier.
