After borrowing $60,000 from a private money lender and investing $10,000 in repairs, we turned this foreclosure into a lucrative rental property.

Empathy and transparency were key in sealing the deal. By understanding the seller's situation and offering solutions, we secured the property at a deeper discount than competing offers. Plus, we even offered the seller a six-month leaseback for free to accommodate their needs.
