Relaxing 4K Walk Through a Lush Coastal Forest

Join me on a peaceful walk through this lush coastal forest. This trail is called the Hayward Lake Trail, which runs alongside Hayward Lake. Although there aren’t many lake views along the route, the forest itself is magical. You’ll notice some giant tree stumps — remnants of past logging activity in the area. Most of the trees here are second-growth. As we approach the end of summer, the air is starting to get a little crisp, and I love going for long walks in this weather.
