Cheap Thrill in Taipei, Taiwan...Only $3 For This?!

There's nothing like the satisfaction of a cheap thrill, especially when you're travelling. For just $3 USD, you can ride one of the longest cable car journeys in the world...more than four kilometres! The journey takes you from Taipei Zoo Station to Maokong Station and carries you higher and higher into the mountains. Sit back and enjoy the 30-minute gondola trip with expansive views of the city, including Taipei 101, the tallest building in Taiwan and one of the tallest in the world. You can even look directly below you through the glass floor.
