Turkey thighs are highly nutritious, a rich source of protein, low in calories and unhealthy fats, and high in vitamins (B6, B12, Niacin), minerals (iron, zinc), and phosphorus, supporting muscle function, the immune system, bones and joints, cardiovascular health, brain function, and energy production.
Ingredients include:
1000g fresh turkey thighs
1 teaspoon salt (you can season to taste)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper (you can season to taste)
2 onions (about 300g)
3 cloves of garlic
1 full tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon paprika powder
100ml soy sauce
300ml beer
A small bunch of parsley
20g butter
1 tablespoon cooking oil.
This dish is really delicious; you absolutely must try it for Christmas. You can eat it with potatoes or bread.😋👍🍽️🍻
