Are you with me? [hvitserk&freydis]

Vikings should just hire me as a writer already. This would have created all the same motivations, produced a whole more conflict and tension, as well as brought this beautiful ship to life. The servant boy was a redundant character that was killed off anyway.

Unlike a lot of people, I actually liked Freydis because she was able to reign in the most ruthless character on Vikings and turn him into a mush. Sure she was manipulative and a liar but we all know my toxic ass has a soft spot for those characters. Thora was also quite redundant too as we only really saw her as Hvitserk's girlfriend, no one was really invested since she just turned up out of the blue suddenly and the next minute she was dead. The Vikings writers really did just make Lagertha great and forget about all other female characters - ones who aren't just there to be the males' love interests. I'd love to debate about the sexism in TV all day but I'm gonna leave it here for now. Dm me on insta if you wanna talk more about it tho :))
