OCR World Championships 2017 in Ontario, Canada (Obstacle Course Racing)

OCR World Championships 2017 in Ontario, Canada. On October 13-15th I competed in the World Championships of Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and represented Australia. Over the 3 day period, I participated in 4 races; a 3km, a 15km, a Team Race and a Make-A-Wish Charity run! The following video shows you clips from the 3km and 15km races which were extreme tests of physical and mental strength. The 15km race contained a series of hill climbs, which in the Blue Mountains in Ontario were ski slopes, and not only that but 43 extremely difficult obstacles. Words cannot explain the physical and mental barriers I had to overcome during these races, which I think is pretty accurately documented towards the end of this video. A part of me will always be in the Blue Mountains in Ontario.

If you're reading this; I truly hope I have inspired, or at least motivated you, to step outside of your comfort zone and try something that scares the crap out of you.
