The Perfect Hooded Eye

Using only 3-4 matte shadows, create depth and dimension where none exists, however, this look today can work on ANY eye shape! Today is Seint day so I'm using mostly Seint shadows but explain how ANY brand can work and I even use a little of my Makeup by Mario shadows. You can do this! Makeup takes practice and I promise you will get better with each attempt.
