Building a vet clinic because I'm gonna be a veterinarian | The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a veterinary country clinic that I built in The Sims 4 because I recently got into vet school!
The clinic is on the first story and there's a small apartment for up to 3 sims on the second floor. I built it on a 20x30 lot in Henford-On-Bagley, the world from the Cottage Living Expansion Pack, and the veterinary skill comes from the Cats & Dogs expansion Pack.
