NoLimits 2 - Railgun [Intamin Accelerator]

Surrounded by a modern Japanese city, is Railgun, an Intamin Blitz coaster set in a Japanese garden.
Themed to Japanse gardens and the To Aru Universe from the anime series ''A certain magical Index'' and ''A certain scientific Railgun''.

The park also consisits of a Family coaster named Index and which was made by Ward Peeters.
The colors of both coasters are inspired by the 2 characters from the show, Index and Misaka Mikoto with the trains representing her lightning/electricity ability called ''The Railgun''.
The City is inspired by Academia City as well as real life metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya. The japanse garden theme is mostly inspired by Shinjuku Gyoen.
Since its a mix themed ride with both themes overlapping in certain characteristics (like the modern cityscape) the story at the beginning of the video has no real connection to the theme of the Anime shows, it is more a story of the history of many real life Japanese gardens which are now inside these big cities and thus is there more for the setting of the coaster.
The video shows the transition from this traditional Japanese garden into this urban cityscape, hence the sudden change in music. (i know its wub wub music, but thats mostly because of the modern theme and the original song used in the RCT3 version which was made for the Railgun coaster, and because the To Aru series have a similar modern theme and use of wub wub music in their openings and sountrack.)

There is no real reason why they added the coaster other than the generic reason that they simply turned it into an amusement park while keeping its nature, however adding this information into the video would have ruined the flow of the video and the sync with the music and thus was left out.
If you are wondering why there are wind turbines in the city its because its a common characteristic of Academia City in the To Aru Universe.
