病患抱怨從臀部到下肢的坐骨神經痛，經診斷為薦椎第一神經根之神經病變，經超音波導引執行薦椎第一神經根阻斷注射。於都普勒模式下可看到注射液衝到硬膜囊 (thecal sac) 內，代表注射成功。
The patient complained of sciatica from the buttock to the lower limb. The diagnosis is S1 radiculopathy. Ultrasound-guided injection was performed to the S1 root. The Doppler mode revealed the injectate flow into the thecal sac, indicating a successful procedure.
