Ingredients 材料:
* 3 Eggs (yolks and whites) 雞蛋
* 40 g Oil 油
* 55 g Cake Flour 低筋麵粉
* 45 g Milk 牛奶
* 45 g Sugar 白砂糖
*1.2 ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla Extract (optional) 香草精 (可放可不放)
*5 g Lemon Juice or a pinch of vinegar (檸檬汁 或是 醋 皆可)
*Red Food Coloring 紅色食用色素
*Purple Food Coloring 紫色食用色素
*Frozen Blueberries 冷凍藍莓
*Bean Paste 豆沙
How to make 做法:
1. Pour the flour into the oil and mix well
將麵粉倒入油裡面 混合均勻
2. Add in milk & egg yolk & vanilla extract mix well
再倒入牛奶 & 蛋黃 &香草精 混合均勻
3. Beat the egg white to a stiff peak meringue
將蛋白霜打至硬性發泡
4. Add ⅓ of the meringue into the mixture and start folding gently
先將1/3的蛋白霜和蛋黃糊翻拌均勻
5. Add another ⅓ of the meringue into the mixture and fold gently
再加入1/3的蛋白霜到蛋黃糊 繼續翻拌
6. Pour the mixture back to the rest of the meringue and fold gently
將混合好的蛋黃糊倒回剩下的蛋白霜裡面 翻拌均勻
7. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 160°C (320°F)
將烤箱預熱至160°C (320°F) 然後烤 45 分鐘
