How it Works (Human Tetris – Duo & Couple Modes)
A giant game-show block rolls in, opens up, and reveals a cut-out shape — built for two players.
Your goal is simple: move together and match the shape with your bodies before the timer hits zero.
Duo Play Modes
• Women Duo – two women
• Men Duo – two men
• Couple Mode – one man and one woman playing as a couple
Each mode follows the same core rules, with poses designed for coordination, balance, and teamwork.
How to Play
Keep your eyes on the screen.
When the block opens, the countdown starts.
You have a few seconds to hit the exact pose together.
Nailed it? You pass through as a team and level up.
Missed it? The next shape rolls in immediately.

Partner squats
Mirrored jumping-jack arms and legs
Side dodges
Running in place
Light synchronized jumps
All movements are synced with music and visuals for a fast, fun two-player full-body warm-up.
