It's pretty easy to figure out if you listen to the lyrics. But pretty much Nick and Selena dated but then they got in a fight and broke up. Selena decided that she didn't want him running her life and started hanging out with friends in an attempt to forget about him. But she keeps thinking that she sees Nick everywhere. In the end Nick sees her meeting a new guy and smiles, happy that she's finaly moved on.
