Part of the new Walvoil Hydraulic Digital Solutions, and particularly suitable for application on front loaders and compact wheel loaders, Walvoil EPX system, patented, is able to reduce consumption and to recover hydraulic energy, with overall energy savings of up to 20%.
With the energy recovered it is possible to:
• charge a battery set through a hydraulic motor connected to an alternator+inverter
• make it available in the hydraulic system for reuse by machine functions
• store it in hydraulic accumulators.
Walvoil Hydraulic Digital Solutions include products and systems for which evolved components are able to offer the best in terms of increased functionality and energy efficiency strategies thanks to ECUs (electronic control units) and proprietary software which contribute to the construction of true mechatronic systems.
