Several studies have shown that Neem oil has been found to be a good against SLF. In this video we shall test if Neem oil can be used to kill or reduce the SLF infestation. Control spotted lanternfly with neem oil organic pesticide.

CONTROLS:
As Fungicide – powdery mildew, black spot, downy mildew, anthracnose, rust, leaf spot, botrytis, needle rust, scab, etc.
As Insecticide/Miticide – aphids, spider mites, scale, whiteflies, beetles, leafrollers, and other insect pests.
RATE: 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) per gallon of water.
APPLICATION: Thoroughly mix solution and spray all plant surfaces (including undersides of leaves) until wet. Mix solution frequently as you spray.
Neem oil is most commonly sold as a concentrated solution. It is readily available in garden stores and online retailers. As per the instructions on the container we will be mixing at the rate of two to four tablespoons per one gallon of water. I’m using a quarter gallon bottle so I’ll use only 1 table spoon for this bottle & mix regular tap water to it.
There’s no need to buy commercial sprays that have harmful chemicals that are unsafe for pets and kids. Always stick to homemade remedies when possible so you know exactly what you’re spraying outdoors.
