Take the cuttings in Autumn.
Plunge the cuttings in water as you take them
Remove some leave and side branches and cut diagonally between the leaf nodes.
Scar the end of the cutting with a sharp knife or potato peeler.
Cover the cut end in hormone rooting powder.
Plant the cuttings in top soil using a dipper. This will prevent the rooting powder cutting rubbed off.
Firm in and water well.
Store in a cool place out of the wind.
You will need both male and female plants for berries
