The positive organ from Hum Košnički was not originally built for the chapel of St. Mary Magdalene, but it was moved there later from a nearby church. According to the preserved autograph of the builder Caspar Mitterreither, which was found in the pallete box of the wind-chest, the Positive was built in 1763 and is the only preserved instrument of that builder in Croatia. It has a mechanical action and 6 stops on a slider wind-chest.
A restoration of the instrument was carried out by the Heferer workshop in 2020.
Heferer workshop, known as "Heferer - the first Croatian builders of organs, harmoniums and pianos" was established in 1849. They are famous for the noble sound of their organs, which represent their original architectural principle and are equally dedicated to the conservation/restoration of cultural heritage related to historical keyboard intruments as well as contemporary pianos.
