（北加州）女孩和表姐大展烘焙技術， 一個晚上做哪3樣甜點？California, Here We Come! Cousin Samantha Whips Up 3 Amazing Pastries!

上個月，我們一家人去北加州拜訪 季芳 的大姊 佩佩一家人。這是我們第一次全家七個女孩一起去探親！我們非常享受這趟車程 12 小時的風景之旅，從南奧勒岡的群山穿越到加州平坦的中央谷地，沿途可見大片休耕的稻田，以及成群結隊遷徙的水鳥，美景令人驚嘆。

我們在星期六晚上抵達灣區，隔天星期天，我們去了佩佩阿姨和名弘姨丈的教會（生命河靈糧堂）。能夠見到這麼多曾經在 YouTube 上看過我們影片的教會朋友，讓我們感到既謙卑又興奮。我們真的很蒙福，能夠認識這麼多家庭，並結交新朋友！（有些朋友甚至送了我們衣服、在家自學的書籍、電腦，還有一台電子鋼琴——感謝教會的朋友們，以及主內的家人，感謝你們的鼓勵與慷慨！）

在今天的影片中，大女孩們的表姊Samantha 珊珊教我們製作她的招牌提拉米蘇！她的版本有一個特別的秘密食材，讓味道更加美味，但只適合大人享用。是什麼呢？！別擔心，她還另外做了兩款點心給小朋友們吃（還有給 Stephen 叔叔偷偷在夜深人靜時享用，哈哈哈！）。這三款甜點都超級成功！另外，也特別感謝小表姊 Alison玫玫 用你的藝術天賦來娛樂小朋友們——藝術氣場滿點，沒話說！

Last month our family visited Christy's sister's (Stacey's) family in Northern California. This was our first-ever family visit the the Golden State with all 7 girls! We quite enjoyed the 12-hour, scenic drive through the mountainous area of Southern Oregon to California's flat, central valley, with its expansive, fallow rice paddies, and enormous flocks of migrating water birds.

We arrived to the Bay Area on a Saturday night, followed by a wonderful Sunday visit to Aunt Stacey and Uncle Gilbert's church (River of Life, Cupertino). It was very humbling and exciting to meet so many people at the church who had seen our Youtube channel. We were truly blessed to meet so many families, and to make new friends! (Some of them even gave us clothing, homeschool books, computers, and an electronic piano— Thank you church friends, and Family-in-the-Lord for your encouragement and generosity!)

In today's video, the girls' older cousin Samantha teaches us how to make her famous Tiramisu! Her version has a special ingredient that makes it extra delicious, but only suitable for adults. What is it?! Don't worry, she also whipped up 2 other pastries for the little ones (And for her Uncle Stephen to snack on when everyone was asleep, muha ha ha haaaaa!). All three pastries were a huge success. And thanks to cousin Alison for entertaining the little ones with your artistic skills- maximum aura points, no cap!
