MOIST EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup hot water or hot coffee
1/4 cup condensed milk (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice.
Bake in a 7inch round and square cake pan at 170•c for 30mins - 40mins
Check if toothpick comes out mostly clean and it's ready.
