*How to Assemble Your LIBRA Electric Bike Upon Arrival*
*How to Assemble the LIBRA e-bike / Electric Bike*
1. Start by inserting the decorative cover into the handlebar tube.
2. When attaching the handlebar, ensure that the two alignment points indicated by the arrows are properly lined up. This will allow the fixed and movable sections of the bicycle pipe to connect smoothly.
3. Next, align the frame hole and manually press the bicycle pipe within the safety line.
Adjust the angle of the handlebar and tighten the screws.
Make sure the bicycle head is aligned straight with the frame. Secure it using an M6 hex wrench and cover it with the decorative parts.
1. Sequentially thread M6 * 16MM screws with washers through the holes of the headlight and front fender.
2. Lock the screws into the designated spots on the front fork, ensuring there are no gaps between the front fender and the mounting area.
Now, connect the power cord for the headlight.
Tighten the screws for the mudguard bracket.
1. Lower the front fork onto the front wheel.
2. Ensure the brake disc fits between the brake pads in the brake caliper, and that the axle is fully inserted into the fork dropouts.
1. Hold the quick-release lever in line with the axle and tighten the thumb nut until the lever remains parallel to the ground without assistance.
2. Use the palm of your hand to fully close the lever (the quick-release nut should align with the brake caliper).
Secure the cables with zip ties.
Loosen the screws on the foot brace, attach it to the frame, and then tighten the screws.
1. Position the rear rack on the frame, and insert screws with washers into the corresponding holes of the rear rack and frame.
2. Install the nuts sequentially, but do not tighten them yet.
3. Once all the nuts are in place, tighten them one by one.
Connect the power cord.
Secure the tail light cable with zip ties.
1. Identify the right and left pedals, which are marked with “R” and “L” stickers.
2. Thread the right pedal onto the right crank by hand, turning it clockwise. Then, tighten it using an Allen wrench.
3. Thread the left pedal onto the left crank by hand, turning it counter-clockwise. Then, tighten it with an Allen wrench.
1. Loosen the seat post clamp and insert the saddle post.
2. Adjust the saddle to your preferred height, then tighten the clamp.
Connect all cables to power up the bike, and your assembly is complete!
